Clinical Psychology

More than 20 years experience working with adults on a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship issues.  My general approach involves helping clients create a clear compelling vision of their best life and self, followed by a realistic action plan for achieving their important goals and fulfilling their values.  Clients then work the plan with my support, encouragement, and accountability.  Clients learn how to deal with the inevitable inner ‘gremlins’ that show up and try to sabotage the process.  My ultimate goal is for my clients to have lives of fulfillment, balance, and harmony.

Executive / Team Coaching

Certified coach through the International Coach Federation.  Helping executives, managers, and teams improve their Emotional Intelligence and Leadership skills in order to have a more positive powerful influence at work and home.  Also address work/life balance, fulfillment, and life purpose issues.

Stress Reduction

More than 30 years experience teaching and practicing yoga, chi-gung, and mindfulness meditation.  I often use “body based” approaches such as specific breathing techniques and guided imagery to help clients find peace and equanimity in whatever life situations they may encounter.

Medical Psychology

Worked extensively over the past 35 years in a variety of medical settings and with patients suffering from chronic and life threatening illnesses.  Also have significant experience working with the elderly.   Helped people find meaning, purpose, inner peace, and pain relief in the midst of very difficult life situations.
