Kathleen Lacey, MS, LCSW

Provides psychotherapy to adults, couples, and groups. Her clinical approach is holistic, recognizing the link among body, mind, and emotions. It is also eclectic, drawing from a variety of treatment modalities, according to her client's needs.

 

Educational Background:

Masters Degree in Educational Psychology and counseling from the University of Wisconsin- Milwaukee 1984

 

Areas of Specialty:

I work with a broad spectrum of personal issues such as stress, grief, relationship problems, sexuality, and workplace distress. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, chronic pain, somatic complaints, trauma and abuse. I am a member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis and certified by that association. I am also a member of the Association for the Advancement of Psycho synthesis and part of their trainer development program, as well as a member of The American Counseling Association, and the Association for Humanistic Psychology. I conduct classes in meditation, stress management, and creativity.

 

I have produced a CD called "Quiet Mind: A Healing Voice." It is available through my Website- www.kathleenlacey.com, among other outlets.

 

My work is informed by a lifelong spiritual practice and a deep commitment to helping others.
