Stress is a normal part of life, however when there is too much all at once or chronic stress (over a long time), it needs to be addressed, in order to protect your physical and mental health. We can't always predict when we will be overloaded or overwhelmed, but we can recognize it (and be smart), choosing to do something productive about it before it harms us more, or harms how we deal with others who depend on us. Anger, depression, low energy, poor productivity, tension, irritability, etc. can all be a result of the impact of too much stress (distress). Do something about it now! Waiting can be disastrous and the damage that can occur may even become irreversible. Don't set the stage for a heart attack, divorce, or loss of job. Let us provide the direction toward health and greater happiness, by working with you to find better ways to deal with, or cope with, the stress that is negatively affecting you.
